The whole process from order placement until delivery is approximately 14-21 Working Days. We keep you updated throughout the entire process.

Your Designer Forged Wheel Journey
Step 1: Initial Consultation
Contact us to schedule a consultation where we will discuss your vision for your vehicle.
Step 2: Design Phase Begins
We kick off the design phase with initial drawings. This is where we gather your input and make necessary adjustments to ensure everything is tailored to your specifications.
Step 3: Final Drawings Presentation
Once we’ve made the adjustments, you’ll receive the final set of drawings that incorporate all your desired modifications and engravings.
Step 4: Manufacturing Process Initiation
With your approval, we begin the manufacturing process, which takes approximately 7-10 working days. Throughout this phase, we will keep you updated with photos and videos of the progress. Please note that a 50% deposit is required before we start manufacturing.
Step 5: Painting and Final Design
After production is completed, your blank alloy wheel will be sent for painting and final design enhancements.
Step 6: Completion and Shipping Preparation
Your custom wheel is now ready! It will be shipped via airfreight. At this stage, an additional 25% payment is necessary before shipping to South Africa.
Step 7: Wheels in Transit
Your wheels are now in transit and will arrive in South Africa within 7-10 working days.
Step 8: Customs Clearance
Once your wheels have landed, they will proceed through customs clearance, which typically takes 3-5 working days.
Step 9: Final Transit to Your Location
After customs clearance, your wheels will be transported from the collection depot to your desired location.
Step 10: Collection Day
It’s finally here! On collection day, the remaining 25% of your invoice will be due for payment.
