We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your tyres or wheels, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- Custom-made or bespoke products are non-returnable unless faulty.
2. How to Return Products
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone. Include your order number and a description of the product you wish to return. Once we confirm your return, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.
3. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund based on the situation. Please retain all packaging and documentation for any claims.
5. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, model, or style, please follow the return process and place a new order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
6. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your item, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned product.
